When buying a gas bottle from us for the first time, you’ll be subject to a cylinder refill agreement charge.  This is because, although you’re buying the gas from Bell, the steel bottle itself, remains the property of Calor for the duration of its use, so basically you are placing a deposit on the bottle*.

If you have an empty bottle to exchange this does not apply, you simply pay for the gas.
